By reclaiming, our hope is to
provide a cost effective alternative for wafer packaging without
sacrificing quality.
Value:
By reclaiming used ultrapaks
(the three-piece wafer shipping assemblies), we can save you from
50% to 70% of the cost of buying new. You can save even more
by supplying us with your own used ultrapaks for reclaiming.
Selection:
Although four, five, six, eight and twelve inch ultrapaks are our specialty, various sizes are available for cleaning. We can also clean brand new cassettes. Ask us about availability and if we can meet any of your other electronic packaging needs.
Specifications:
When ultrapaks come in, we
sort them for quality and remove all marker, stickers, etc.
100% of the ultrapaks are visually inspected under a green light for
defects. Ultrapaks must meet our rigid inspection
requirements—anything with black spots, fabric strands,
penetrating scratches, cracks, chips, adhesives, discoloration, or
loose seals do not pass. Airborne and water particle
monitoring devices are in place to insure a clean environment for
your ultrapaks.
Those ultrapaks that are unreclaimable are sent
out by us to a recyling plant where the plastic can be used again.

We are very versatile and can meet your shipping needs. We
offer on-time delivery which means your order will be there when we
say it will be there. All shipping is FOB Caldwell. |
